Abay Markus began his martial arts study in 1979 in Kloten, Switzerland, under Sifu Suny Kamay with Wing Chun Kung Fu and Chi Kung. In 1985 & 1986, he traveled with Sifu Suny Kamay to Taiwan and followed him to his new home in the Philippines in 1989. Under Sifu Suny’s supervision, he was trained by “Abay” Joe Go in Palakabanate (Eskrima, Arnis, Kali). Abay Markus started his Tai Chi training (Taiji) in 1995. He teaches the Tai Chi 24 form, Tai Chi 42 form & Tai Chi sword 42 form. In 2001, he participated in the 7th Zheng Zhou (郑州市) International Shaolin WuShu Festival in China.
Abay Markus offers courses in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Wing Chun Kung Fu (self-defense and natural movements) and Palakabanate.
