As we journey through the ups and downs of life, the stresses of daily living can make us lose our focus and we sometimes find ourselves wandering away from our true essence. It is a good thing we are born with something like an “inner compass” within us — that all-knowing aspect that most people call intuition.
Intuition Training 1.0 helps us to re-connect to our “inner compass” again. Its re-activation can provide a clear pathway in accessing our inner mind. A sharpened intuition is a powerful tool for seeking answers, making good decisions, maintaining clarity of mind, self-improvement, goal achievement, harnessing creativity, and allowing the fullest expression of our true self to emerge.
This class uses a series of guided active meditation processes to create a mental space called “THE STUDIO” — a name used to describe an imaginary place that when used in a structured way, can potentially unleash creativity and tap into inner resources we might not be aware of that are within us. Participants learn to lower their brain frequencies to the Alpha and Theta Level “AT WILL” so they access their “STUDIO” and activate their inner compass. Aside from the benefits already mentioned, a feeling of relaxation and well-being are commonly experienced by those who engage in this practice.
This course draws inspiration from the work of Jose Silva, the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), MindScape, and Alpha and Theta brain training. Lessons are conducted either online or face-to-face and are delivered in English. Individual and group sharing activities are at the core of this class.
In the Intuition Learning Journey, this class is like the first stage of life of the Lotus plant -— a seed buried deep in the mud. The lotus seed has in it, all the potential and all the possibilities for growth. But first, it has to break-out of its hard shell in order for its first leaves to appear. And so it is with how we learn to activate our intuition. We sometimes have to overcome the limits and boundaries we have set for ourselves and allow new experiences to be our teacher and guide.
