This 1 -day training will lay the core principles and ethics of a Studio practitioner as an individual and also a member of the community of practice. On a practical level, the class will provide techniques to access the Studio effortlessly and quickly, practice with eyes open, harmonize and center energies, and create a routine of cleansing and healing exercises, needed for daily studio practice.
Intuition Training 1.0 helps us to re-connect to our “inner compass”. Its re-activation can provide a clear pathway in accessing our inner mind. A sharpened intuition is a powerful tool for seeking answers, making good decisions, maintaining clarity of mind, self-improvement, goal achievement, harnessing creativity, and allowing the fullest expression of our true self to emerge.
